The 
      Fifth Avenue operator on the Big four line between CD (the Big Four Yard office) and Worthington 
      towers handled the transition from the single track to the north and 
      double track to the south.  He may of had other responsibilities as 
      well.
      
                
      At some point in time, perhaps the 1940's, the switch was automated and 
      remotely controlled from CD tower.  When CD tower was abandoned 
      (1960's?) the remote control was moved to Olentangy/HV tower.
      
              The 
      operator was a NYC (Big Four) position.
